Petra Nieken

Prof. Dr. Petra Nieken is Professor of Human Resource Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an expert in the field of the "Future of Work". She researches how digitalization changes collaboration in companies and what influence digital technologies have on performance and motivation. Her research shows how traditional leadership and motivation models should be adapted to new forms of work and continuously developed. Prof. Nieken works with companies to conduct empirical studies on the topic of "Future of Work" as well as to combine theory and practice.
